A new balcony and sitting room overlook the pool and fountain, while a living-dining-kitchen addition opens to the garden via an expansive ipe deck.

Original rooms were updated with modern enhancements. The master bath was completely redesigned with outside doors that slide open to allow sea breezes to flow through the house.
